Brenda Austin is a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Wellness Educator, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and founder of Now & Zen Bodyworks.

With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, Brenda is passionate about helping individuals achieve balance and well-being through holistic healing practices that support the mind, body, spirit, and energy.

Brenda earned her Bachelor of Science in Wellness from Lincoln University in May 2007 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2010. Throughout her career, she has worked in clinical, educational, and wellness settings, supporting clients through therapeutic bodywork, lymphatic wellness, energy healing, sound therapy, and wellness education.
